  • Availability of delivery will be confirmed at checkout.

  • If your location is not serviceable, you will not be able to place an order.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • For metro cities, deliveries are usually faster, while remote areas may take longer.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).

6. Failed Deliveries
